「The only complexity was obtaining all of the details of the stay. They sent a link to a Google Drive with 6 PDF files detailing getting to the place and opening the door. I had to call to ask them to send the link after I emailed a full copy of my passport. They have some laundry facilities (a washer, no drier) but you must provide your own detergent. I only stayed one night, so had no time. Definitely could accommodate 4 travelers; I was there by myself. The interior was great.」

「Great location with easy access from main train station and plenty of restaurants options nearby. We travelled with two young kids and the playground behind the property was handy. However, if you are planning on cooking there is only one old frying pan.」

「I wanted the authentic Japanese experience and I got it with this property. Small apartment, small living with 2 adjustable sofa a simple tv and a small tables. As seen on tv guys. The beds are upstairs 2 beds 🛏️. In nakano area couple station away from Shinjuku Tokyo. There's a family mart and a grocery store at walking distance. As a barber shop close by, I shaved there. 「寝るには不自由ないのですが電子レンジは使用できても全く温まらないし、風呂はサイト画像で見るよりも古くてめちゃくちゃ汚い。 お値打ちではありますが清潔感はありません。 勉強になりましたがもう２度も使用する事はないですね。 」

「We enjoyed our stay-all the comforts of home were included. We had one elderly but healthy family member with us. Since bedrooms were on the top floor and bathroom/living room were on the middle floor, I was a bit worried about the narrow stairwell for my dad. Other than that, the place was clean, convenient, quiet, and great for our stay in Japan. 」
