"This is a relatively clean property but very dated. Most everything needs updating. Individual who checked me in and assisted with getting the TV and Internet working was very polite and helpful."

"I am giving this a 5 star because this hotel is clean, quiet, and everything I needed. I had read the reviews to know that it was dated and there was road construction around the area. I was traveling for work, and could not justify the price tag of the "modern" hotels when all I needed was a bed. For an older hotel this was very clean, and I would definitely stay here again. "
"Improve: Ducts in the room needed cleaning. Maintenance man with no uniform or identification randomly shows up to our room asking if we needed a tub fixed. We did not. Need better disposal of breakfast dishes.
Sustain: The rooms are spacious and the appliances work. Rooms are clean, and have plenty of outlets. Gym equipment consists of Life Fitness ellipticals and treadmill. Common areas are well kept, and the front desk staff went above and beyond."
