"I was nervous since I’ve never spent this much on an overnight stay before but everything was perfect. Reception was great and welcoming. The room wa a beautiful and spacious. The food was amazing!! And they brought it to the room (the sever we had was so nice and friendly). Our room had a outdoor bath and it really hit the spot. 10/10 experience I would stay here again and recommend to my friends."

"Incredible views of Sakurajima from our room near the top of the hotel. We had a room with a sauna and jacuzzi bath, unlike any place I've stayed in before. It was a very relaxing stay, with some great cocktails from the bar on the roof."
