Many convenience stores located in and around the hotel Luggage check in service is very helpful especially if you have a delayed flight. Check out was 11 am but we were able to keep our luggage with them till we had to go to the airport at 6pm+"

"This hotel was so good that we canceled our other Tokyo reservations and came back a second time during the same trip. It is really clean, well appointed and well located. We also appreciated that all the staff we dealt with were Japanese. We were on a cultural trip to visit ancestry and this was the staff at the hotel helped us experience a little more than some of the large hotels we visited around Japan."

He made us feel at home. Also, the location is superb. Just two short stops from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku Station. Around the hotel at Hatagaya Station are convenience Stores, and reasonably prices restaurants. "
