"本日午前9時頃、ノックや事前の連絡も一切ないまま、スタッフがカードキーで私たちの部屋のドアを開け、入室しようとしました。おそらく清掃のためだったと思われます。 当時、私は起床直後で着替えもしておらず、このような対応はホテルとして極めて不適切であり、非常に不快でした。この行為は安全面においても問題があり、到底容認できるものではありません。 私はこれを重大な権利侵害であり、私および同伴者の安全を脅かす行為だと考えています。同伴者は強いストレスを受けており、精神的な被害も生じています。もしこの部屋に女性が一人で宿泊していた場合、さらに深刻な事態に発展していた可能性もあります。 つきましては、ホテル側からの正式な説明を求めるとともに、今回の件により台無しとなった滞在・一日分に対する全額返金を要求いたします。 また、再発防止のための適切な対応を講じていただき、その内容についてご報告いただきますようお願いいたします。"

"Loved how easy and cosy this place is"

"The property is very nice and had no problems with staff. They were very nice and helpful. However, for those looking to access public transportation this hotel is not for you. I didn’t realize how far away this hotel was from bus stops or train stations when booking and found myself kind of stranded (I tried to walk to the bus stop 20minutes away and the streets immediately around the hotel are not designed for pedestrians). Have to use taxi to get to station. So if you have a car or other...
