"The Ethereal White Resort was a refreshing oasis in a somewhat dingy neighborhood that was adorned with graffiti (which is unfortunately a "thing" in most large Greek cities we visited). The marble floors gleamed. The air conditioning worked well. The underutilized gym had excellent equipment, though it could have used a stationery bike and some full-length yoga mats. The basement pool was a surprise and there was also a hot tub that wasn't as warm as others I've used. The rooftop pool was small and unheated. The breakfast offered several options from the cook, including a great smoked salmon avocado toast. The room shower worked well but consistently leaked outside despite our best efforts. Lastly, a group of inconsiderate touring athletes from an American university had loud room parties till well after midnight. Though not directly the hotel's fault, they should have intervened."
