ハイランド ウェスト ホテル

「Staff were friendly. A strange combination of outdated areas and modern, refreshed areas. Ate in the restaurant which was fine, but a very strong smell of chlorine there. A definite odour in the hallway/room. Parking garage was confusing, tv in my room didn’t work, the heating/cooling system was so loud that I had trouble sleeping. It was fine for the one night I had to be in the city, but I don’t think I’d book again.」

「朝食が非常に良かったです。種類は少ないですが、必要なメニューが美味しく、バランス良く揃えてあります。」

「My husband and I stayed here for the weekend and we absolutely loved our stay. The apartment is spacious and well decorated. Clean and in an amazing area of Waterloo. Walking distance to some amazing cafes, restaurants, and stores. The communication was great, we were given pictures to follow very easy to find parking and our apartment. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a nice stay in Waterloo!」

「The overall cleanliness of the room and the hotel was excellent. The complimentary breakfast was especially satisfying with a wide range to choose from.....extremely well done. The pool was very good as well. With a close location to St. Jacob's market, it allowed for a quick immediate check-in after shopping. And the nearby "Jacks" Restaurant was very good as well. Also, a small boutique mall across the street allowed for some added shopping, viewing, etc.」

「朝食の内容がとても良かった。」

「広々とした部屋で快適。冬の閑散期という事もありリーズナブル。」

「Mijn kamer, keuken ,badkamer」

「Good breakfast. Pool is too far and basic. The room was clean」

「Room is clean and comfortable. But Fitness, laundry, PC are all out of service during stay. Only one time, water stopped over the night. I don’t blame the hotel about water stopping but my experience was 2 stars」

「The staff is excellent and it has a big pool, which is great. But the air quality is poor. All the floors smell of mold and mildew. I had to move rooms due to visible black mold but the next one also smelled of mold. I started coughing that first night and haven’t stopped. The fan helped a bit but is very old and very rattly and loud so I had to shut it off to sleep. The place is peeling and stained. It needs a significant refresh.」
