"Mpoulakis Apartment 46". Apartment for rent by day for your summer vacation 200 meters from the sea fully equipped, quiet, convenient in the best area of ​​the city. It is a ground floor of 46 sq.m. with 3 bedrooms, living room-kitchen, 1 bathroom, air conditioning. It's all close by on foot! You do not need a car. With a bus stop at 50 meters go everywhere! I am a professional photographer, next to me I have my studio Kyriakos Mpoulakis Photography-Videography and you can find me at any time. In the parking lot there is a garden with a well and kittens in the yard. Dining room 19.5 sq.m. with fully fitted kitchen, with 42 '' LCD TV, wired & wireless internet access. Large bedroom 12.1 sq.m. with 1 double bed 160x200 cm. Medium room 8.6 sq.m. with single bed 90x200 cm. Small room with stairs above the toilet 4.8 sq.m. with semi-double bed 110x200 cm. Toilet 4.8 sq.m. with shower & washing machine. Yard with garden & private parking. It is located 200 meters from the beautiful beach Plaka & Mavro Molos, 50 meters from the bus station, 50 meters from the large supermarket "Sklavenitis", 100 meters from the city center, 20 meters from a children's park. Ideal as a base for all other attractions of western Crete. By car you need 20 minutes for the lagoon of Balos, 12 minutes for the beach Falasarna, 30 minutes for the lagoon Elafonissi, 45 minutes for Paleochora, 1 hour for Sougia, 25 minutes for Chania, 1.20 hours for Sfakia. From 5 to 10 minutes walk there are taverns that will surprise you with the flavors and quality of meat or fish at prices much better than any other city in the county. The bus station is very close by. You arrive by bus from the port of Souda or from the airport and change buses to Kissamos. At Kissamos terminal you will walk 50 meters to the apartment. It is not necessary to use a means of transport within the city. It's all close !!

Entirely comfortable stay

Very comfortable place, with every convenience. The owner was delightful, giving us plenty of advice on places to go, even recommending some local delivery restaurants in case we didn’t feel like going out. Lots to see and do within easy driving distance. An excellent base from which to explore.
