"Excellent location - so close to subway and many restaurants and shopping arouns the area. Hotel is clean and modern. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The hotel is the best by offering drinks and snacks throughout the day including late night ochazuke. Hotel was so lovely that i extended my stay for another 5 days. Highly recommend and i will be back the next time i visit osaka! "

The staff went beyond our expectations as my sister left her phone in a cab and they called the cab company and tracked down the phone and it was waiting in our room when we returned to the hotel.
