"This hotel had a spacious room for three people and outstanding guests door and outdoor onsen bathes. I highly recommend this hotel. We plan to stay there on our next trip. "
"It is totally new property, the desing and concept is very nice. Mostly local tourism for now, absolutely stunning views and the confort rooms, since they have hot springs or hot baths is very attractive spot for families, which they were a lot with small kids everywhere, so if you want quiet and piece this won't be the place I guess."
"The unit is very decent with a lovely private onsen. The staff is very helpful and kind.
It’s money worthwhile. I will probably visit again if I visit the area again in the future. "
"Shockingly dirty floor, furniture, walls.
Needed to go down to the front to buy simple things like bottled water and soaps. Their dirty coin laundry didn't have soaps!!

"This is a beautiful hotel made of alot of glass. There is a glass chapel in the middle of it on the 3rd floor that is really pretty as well. The buffet was good....just had to walk to the adjacent building. We had sone drinks at the bar on the top floor thats open till midnight. Bartender was very cool. The office staff went out of their way trying to understand me and get me a cab to go eat dinner. I would definitely stay here again. "
"Incredible hotel, for what was presumably an excellent deal. Note of clarification, the room was labelled as "NO VIEW", but we were still placed on the tenth floor and got a lovely view of the rear side of the hotel, with scenic greenery, and a nice contrast of classic and modern Kagoshima. Overall great experience; staff was lovely, plenty of facilities at and near the hotel, and some of them came at quite reasonable prices for more budget-minded people like myself.
Would recommend a car as it is quite difficult to walk to and from the hotel to the city or anything central. There is a good bus that runs to popular locations, right near the reception, but it doesn't run very late and has a specific route.
Overall excellent experience 👍👍"

"Great hotel in a fantastic location, the steam geysers are going 24/7 which makes for a beautiful view. Hotel itself has tons to do from the Onsen to Games room. The included breakfast and dinner buffet were excellent.
The Onsen is quite large with and outdoor section too. The provided pyjamas are so comfy wish I would’ve purchased some."
