「The bathroom had black mold in the shower and had a horrible odor. The restaurant was grossly understaffed. Customers were leaving for golf tee times without breakfast after waiting 45+ minutes. Had dinner at restaurant as well and it took 2.5 hours for an average 3 course dinner. Staff again was overwhelmed.」

Right on beach and next to the bus stop I used to get all around the coast. All of the staff were very nice and accommodating. In our room, the shower attachment distinegrated, the bathroom fan did not work, the toilet seat was broken, the electric face plate for the towel rail was smashed, the bathroom door had had 2 big holes filled, the carpet was stained. The entire hotel is run down and needs a full refurbishment. Outside, the beer garden has a fake rolled out lawn, cut badly around the edges with trip hazards. Avoid the restaurant.
