"We were lucky enough to arrive on a bright, sunny day, highlighting the beautiful view from the Seamill Hydro, which was a great start. We checked in slightly early to be told that our room was already available so we were able to unpack abd then make the most of the swimming pool, before getting ready for dinner. Unfortunately the Orangery was under refurbishment, however dinner was provided in the Aura bar instead. The staff on check in, and in the restaurant, were all friendly and very helpful, the facilities were good, and we definitely want to return!"

First impressions are important and the member of staff at reception was welcoming and super efficient..she sorted out dinner for us and went over and above to ensure a great stay. Room was spacious and clean. Huge bathroom! Breakfast was amazing and fantastic value.. Would definitely recommend..."

"Absolutely brilliant experience. The hotel is beautiful. Staff are so friendly and welcoming they can’t do enough for you. A bit slow when ordering room service a few times we had to phone twice as nothing arrived and it took over 1 hour when it did. The food for a 5 star hotel isn’t the best and not worth the prices charged for it. Very adverage food. "
