"This was sort of a quirky little hotel, but I’m so glad I found it. The room I stayed in was so beautiful and pink Ann and the welcoming staff was wonderful. It was about three blocks from some amazing restaurants and bars and I would go back and next time stay in the green room! Thanks to the wonderful front desk staff."

"The area was beautiful. The hotel well maintained. Room was clean and a/c kept the room at the right temp. No noises during the night. Bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels and toiletries. Breakfast wasn't up to par. Waffle machine broke, ran out of biscuits and sausage patties. Did have cereal and fruits and substandard pastry. Location was great for us, within walking distance from our theater. I would stay there again."

"I want to give it a lower rating but there was a bed, a working shower and a decent breakfast. Sadly the place does seem to be falling apart, from cracks in the ceilings, slow elevators, smell of smoke everywhere (despite it saying they enforce the no smoking policy) and some broken locks on the inside. We required additional blankets and pillows, I called the front desk (guessed the number as it was not listed on the in room phone) and was told to come to the lobby to pick up the blankets but that the pillows will be delivered to me. Why I couldn’t just pick up both or have both delivered is a mystery to me. The biggest issue was the parking situation. I was expecting to pay for parking on the property but there was quite the limited parking and was told we had to go park in the overflow lot. That lot being a public parking facility which is dimly lit, and does not appear to be very secure (fortunately nothing happened). After parking you have to go through what looks like an alleyway basically and then cross the street to the hotel. Had I know the parking situation exactly I would not have booked here."

"There were people in the hall knocking on doors asking for help. This was in the late hours of the evening. I tried to call the front desk in order to notify them but the phone in the room did not work. I called the front desk from my cell phone but did not get an answer. This lasted at least 15 minutes. It was upsetting. The remote control cover for the batteries was gone. The fan in the bath room did not work. It was hot in there after showering. Caused us to sweat There were coffee stains on the night table. I would not stay at this hotel again for the cost of the room. I will not recommend it to anyone. The room number was 447."
