Sehr Entäuschend, mit einem guten Ende!

Ich habe dieses Appartment nie gesehen, da ich 10 Tage vor Ankunft,darüber informiert wurde,das dieses Appartment leider vergeben ist. Obwohl ich es schon vor 8 Monaten gebucht hatte! Man hat mir das Appartment Walker Suite No54 als Ersatz angeboten, mit gleicher Konfiguration, und Ausstattung. Habe zugestimmt, da in der kurzen Zeit, ja auch fast keine andere Möglichkeit in Frage käme! Als wir in das Appartment 54 gekommen sind, hat uns fast der Schlag getroffen! Gefühlte 28°-30°,und es stank nach Zigaretten! Das Appartment war in einem schauderbaren Zustand, schmutzig,versifft,absolut unakzeptabel! Nach dem ich ein paar Anrufe versucht hatte, aber nicht erfolgreich war, schickte ich Fotos von dem Appartment, per E-Mail,und sagte auch,das ich in so einer heruntergekommenen Absteige, nicht übernachte! Es wurde uns ein Ersatz Appartement angeboten, allerdings ein paar Meilen weiter, in Prestwick. Das war dann zum Glück um100% besser! Sauber, die Sanitäreinrichtungen waren sehr hygenisch, insgesamt so wie ein Appartmen sein soll! Noch dazu verkehrstechnisch weit aus besser gelegen. Die Infrastruktur ist auch um 100% besser gewesen. Kilmarnock ist wenn man es genau betrachtet, nicht einmal annähernd so schön, wie Prestwick! Hatte Kilmarnock nur gebucht, um möglichst nahe am Flughafen zu sein, zwecks frühen Abflug!
