「A great place to stay just away from the busier ski area. 」

「Defined as a studio… but no kitchen… we had to leave at arrival. So nothing more to say. 」

「TV remote did not work, so no tv for 3 days. The solution was to give me new batteries which did not work. Maintenance was performed in the kitchen and was not cleaned up. Shards of wood all over everything in the kitchen. Balcony door does not lock properly. Kitchen dishes and pots and pans (the few that were there) were dirty. 」

「Hot tub and sauna were both closed indefinitely (we weren’t informed of this until after we had booked). Hotel was drastically overpriced for what you get. Earplugs in the lobby is never a good sign. We could hear every footstep and noise in the inn, including people snoring multiple rooms away from us. Super thin walls, not a lot of space in the rooms, and no mini fridges either. Breakfast was solid, but taken away promptly at 9:00am, which is a bit early. There was rarely any staff members...

「The moment we entered the apartment it was a heavy smell in the room. Also I didn’t find the place very clean, we needed some bedsheets from storage and it was hair in them and stains. Also, Description says there is a fireplace but it turns out we couldn’t turn it on bc the building doesn’t allowed. Location is great but still the place is overpriced for what it offered.」

「We had a horrible stay and will not stay at this hotel again. This hotel has a lot of problems. The temperature in the room was so hot and the thermostat did not work. I ended up having to open the window and the door to cool the room down. The hot water took over 10 minutes to warm up. On our second and third nights, there was no water from about 6pm to 10pm. I saw one guest dip a small empty trash can in the hot tub to fill it with water so he could flush the toilet in his room. He was very...

「Room was just right for our 2 day ski trip to Killington. 5 minutes from gondola lift & access to the entire mountain. Plenty of food options close by also. Heated pool was an added bonus! A 12 year veteran was in agreement.」
