"We had a decent stay at North Inn Town hotel. For the price we paid (25$ CAD/night), it was ok but we would not recommend it, mostly because it’s quite far from everything. When we booked, we knew it was a 25 min walk away from the old town but, in reality, the walk isn’t pleasant and it can easily be a bit further than that depending on where you are in the old town. Plus, all taxis would charge us more to take us there because it was « far ». Other than the location, the staff was great and...

"I had a great stay at HeyHa house. The couple who runs the guest house are Chiang Mai natives. They are super fun to talk to and give great advice. They are laid back and offer nice coffee, tea, and snacks downstairs.
The room itself was big and luxurious, with a huge bed. It was clean and they added fresh towels and made up the bed everyday. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, and was a great escape from the April heat in Northern Thailand.

"Beautiful design, artfully decorated, clean, convenient to markets, restaurants, riverside, and the historic district. Perhaps the best aspect though was the owner/hostess, who was exceptionally attentive and helpful. Her positive energy made our stay particularly memorable. "

"Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay here, and I was very impressed by the quality of this hostel. I'm glad that I found this place and I would certainly stay again if I ever had to. The bed was extremely comfortable, the curtains provided plenty of privacy, and the entire property is very clean and well-kempt. On the other hand, I felt that the room got warm at night, as if the AC had been turned down in the evenings, and the AC remote control was often missing from the room, so we couldn't...

"Very happy booking Lana Beds. The space was nice and clean, comfortable and well looked after, everything was as it should be. The staff were great, kind and helpful, one of them, Paw saw I was tired after arriving on a late flight and brought me a hot drink - very thoughtful - thank you!"

"All the staff were very nice. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Location was short walking distance to the main temple sites. Rooms were clean & bed was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay"
"I highly recommend this hotel, especially as a first timer like myself. My room was spacious, and very comfortable throughout the evening. The hotel is tucked in a little bit, away from the Main Street (Thapae), but walkable to everything East and West.
Noot (front desk) and the entire staff were very accommodating. Noot specifically went far and beyond, offering various activities for me daily and speaks very good English, too. I look forward to staying here again. "
"Our stay here was outstanding, the staff were super friendly, Jake on reception helped us book a private taxi on the afternoon we arrived, he was knowledgeable about where we wanted to go & arranged everything for is very promptly. The rooms and just the hotel in general are gorgeous. As we visited in November & it was rainy most of our days we had the infinity pool to ourselves which was amazing. We had breakfast included in our stay and it was the best breakfast out of our entire stay as we were staying at a few other locations too, the pancakes are so fluffy and my favourite. We also stayed for an evening meal and again the food & service were both perfect. I would definitely revisit if I get a chance & recommend to others. As we were doing mainly tours with get your guide with pick ups & getting grabs the location was great for us. We like to be out of busy areas so great if your the same as us, as it’s still not too far away from the centre etc. It was such a nice touch too on checking out getting the souvenir picture printed off & framed & checking in the personalised chocolate, just all the little things added up to make the perfect stay. Really good attention to detail. "
