「This cottage was the perfect place for a weekend getaway in the Charlottesville area! It has a nice secluded feel and yet is close to wineries, grocery stores, etc. We were not bothered at all by the train or cars on 250. The house itself is even more charming than in the pictures with carefully selected touches for a tea room vibe. It was comfortable and spotlessly clean. Mary was very responsive to questions and all instructions were very helpful. I would definitely love to return!」

「The cottage was absolutely adorable, and the grounds are a country sanctuary. The location is centrally situated with easy access to Charlottesville, Monticello, and Crozet, as well as major highways. The owners are especially friendly and helpful. 」

「Fantastic stay for Shenandoah hikes. Make sure to shop before hand because grocery and gas are quite far, but the property is beautiful and has many little critters running about near the main clubhouse (i.e., kitties of many kinds and a massive duck as well). The grill is a George Forman but it still worked as well as we needed for basic hot dog and burgers for dinner. Overall great experience and will absolutely book again if we return for more hiking!」
