「This is a charming 2 room (with bathroom) walk out apartment with a kitchenette (full size refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner stove top, etc.). It's a perfect spot for a couple to spend a few days exploring the area. Apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood that is about 5 minutes from downtown restaurants & 4 minutes from a full service grocery store. 」

「We made several meals here and entertained family. The kitchen is well equipped and very clean. The living room is also very comfortable. The apartment has lots of natural light. The location is walking distance to a park and the center of town. It was a delightful stay. 」

「Cozy little place to stay that was fully stocked for a fair price compared to others in the area. Plenty of parking and quiet even with the tattoo shop below. The only thing that I would like to have had is a light on the front porch but I used my flashlight on my phone so it wasn’t too bad. I would definitely stay again.」

「I'm local to Wilmington and stayed here with my husband while our bathroom was being renovated. The apartment is adorable and in a great location, Trolley Square. Walkable to restaurants and bars. Parking can be tough, but it's a safe neighborhood, so to park a block away isn't a problem. This would be a good place to stay for someone who needed to be in Wilmington for business (there's a desk in the living room, and the wifi seemed reliable) or a couple coming here for an event or to check out...
