「Cozy and cute little cottage just right for 2, comfortable beds with perfect reading lights, decor perfect for seaside get-away. Larger than expected kitchen with everything you could need, newly remodelled bathroom and all within walking distance to Seward Sealife Center and the beach and downtown.」

This place is dog friendly/dog welcoming .... they had food and water bowls, a spare leash, tennis ball and doggies bags for us.... and the location was perfect. It is right on the beach, just a minute from the Homer Spit (by vehicle). Being on the beach allows for walking for in the morning, night, or afternoon to be enjoyable and full of wildlife. 「Very clean and comfortable. Close to airport and prefect for our needs. 」

「We were very disappointed, as it did not match the pictures. Property was unkempt and overgrown with weeds. The outhouse had cobwebs and was not very clean. The cottage was a bit rundown, and poorly supplied. There were no paper towels or tissues, and only 2 little kitchen towels and 1 washcloth, so it was difficult to maintain any decent hygiene, or even wash the dishes. If you are considering this place, bring towels and all your own supplies. 」

「Wonderful cottages. We love staying here for our Homer trips. 5 minute walk to the beach. 」

「Well maintained property, well appointed. Gracious space from people-y places. We already miss the patio and surrounding native plants and birds! Close enough to Exit Glacier and Seward for whatever day trip you might plan and still kick your feet up at night! 」

「The communication with the hosts was excellent. The place was very clean. The location was great (you are two short blocks from the water, about a mile from the busy shops downtown, and the neighborhood was quite.) Bottom line, if I came back to Seward I would look into Salty Sam's availability.」

「The inside was clean and well cared for however the neighborhood was not well kept. No washer & dryer access as this is behind a locked door and no dishwasher. The downstairs heater was quite noisy. The location was quiet and had easy access to the beach and a walking trail. 」
