「This is not a 5 star hotel. They are lying to hotels.com and therefore to any potential hotels.com visitor It is barely a 2.5 star. 「This was suppose to be an "All inclusive" hotel, but when we asked for Wi-Fi, they said it is not included. Later, we asked for ice-cream and this was not included in the price either. So, "All inclusive" was not really all inclusive. The restaurant where they prepared hamburgers where extremely dirty. The flour was wet and dirty and ketchup was splattered all over the place, so we didn't eat hamburgers. Baby pool was so dirty and we could see green growth in it. It was also bad smell...
