家族４人（子供中学生2人）で2クィーンベッドルームを利用。広さもそれなりにありスーツケース大2個、小1個が充分に置ける。部屋設備も綺麗。スタッフも非常（男性）も非常に丁寧に対応してくれる。デンバー市内まで車で20分ちょっとの郊外だが近隣にはレストランやスーパーあり。 唯一、シャワー水圧が弱め。でも問題ないレベル。
