「We stayed at the hotel in a hurry because we could not catch our flight. The room slippers, bathrobe, amenities such as toothbrush and shampoo, bottled water, etc. were all available for free, and the clean and spacious room allowed us to rest and relax. The staff at the reception desk and on the phone were polite and helpful, and in general I was satisfied with the service for a hotel of this rank. However, the Wi-Fi was charged, so it would have been more comfortable if it had been free.」

「This property was exactly what I needed, a quiet, uncomplicated neutral place to recover after selling my house. Ease of parking. Unending ice. Enormous TV. Comfortable bed. Cute little kitchen. Solid door between me and the rest of the world while I watched all eight episodes of Monk on Netflix. However, I encountered some minor inconveniences that I let get the best of my patience sometimes, like the code not working, a shower curtain that kept falling, challenges with the heater due to freezing temperatures, and an internet outage. 「We had access to a garage, but no way to open the door until we exited the vehicle in the front of the house, used front door keypad, walked through house to back door to open door while other person drove around to back of house and waited. This would have easily been solved by leaving a garage door opener for use. Missing a lot of basic essential items… no toaster, baking sheets for oven, oven mitts, cooking essentials like salt/sugar, extra sheets for beds. The master only had fitted sheet...
