「This a great place to stay for birding, exploring area salt marshes and pine-palmetto woodlands. The home was very comfortable. It was lovely to be right on the water!!! We loved reading on the swing bed on the middle deck!」

「Everyone enjoyed the house very clean and comfortable it was a welcoming site after a day of scalloping. Mark has practically thought of everyone's needs by providing games ,dvd's, crab traps, fishing poles ,cast nets, gas grill. Things we'll leave off our next trip to downsize. Keaton beach boat ramp was our choice to launch, it was very busy on Saturday and the county had volunteers helping everyone with instructions and overflow parking assistance. There isn't any resturants very close but...

「Fully stocked kitchen! Ice machine was great for boating daily. So convenient to have the neighborhood boat ramp. Property Manager Kerri was very friendly and helpful. Plenty of pillows.」

「Great location. Nicely remodeled older home. Love the decks and docks. Only complaint is AC upstairs not being allowed to be set below 70* at night while sleeping.」

「Great property. It’s a quaint place for 2 - 3 people to stay. Rustic property - a resort by no means, but fit our needs perfectly. We had another house at Keaton Beach and used this location for “overflow”. Clean and comfortable - ideal for that purpose.」

「RENTER BEWARE!!! Pictures were misleading. Looks like you have room for camper, truck & boat trailer. NOT the case. This is 2 camp sites. Only room for 2 campers. No parking for trucks and boat trailers. BOAT DOCK IS ONLY BIG ENOUGH FOR ONE BOAT and this is for 2 camp sites. We could NOT use the dock at all. Host was very rude. Vrbo would not refund any money even though we could not use the camp site or boat dock. Very diffucult to make the turns required to get to the RV site due to...
