"The lock on the sliding door was a little hard to work with, but totally understandable that it's about the only was to secure the property properly. Just have to fiddle with the slide a little to get it on the floor properly. The unit was nice and roomy, very clean. Had all the equipment you might need (except couldn't find a wine bottle opener?) it had the basic spices and oils for cooking so all you need is your main food if you're cooking. Comfy living room and bed mattress ((which is very important)!"
Royal Inn Motel
10/10 Excellent
"Made the reservation online, very easy. The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and made us welcome. Like the old charm of the hotel, backed the car right up to the door and unloaded our stuff. Bed was comfortable. Husband wished there was a chair out the door so he could sit outside and have a drink 😊"

Waterfront Scallop & Fish Spot! Private Dock 2 boats + Ice Machine—Pet Friendly
10/10 Excellent
"We had a wonderful weekend stay! The house was exactly as described, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. We all slept comfortably and really enjoyed being right on the saltwater canal. The location was perfect for bringing our boat. The canal leads directly to the Gulf, and we were able to be out scalloping within about 15 minutes! The canal is shallow, so you do need to pay attention to the tides when coming and going by boat, but this was very manageable. There is also a local boat ramp just a short distance away if needed.Overall, we had a great experience and loved the easy access to the Gulf. It was a perfect spot for a boating and scalloping weekend, and we would definitely stay again!"
