"We absolutely loved staying here for our babymoon. It was very quiet and peaceful for us, mostly adults, exactly what we were seeking for our last getaway before we welcome our baby to this world. If you don’t mind walking, which we don’t, it’s about a 15 minute walk to Poipu shopping center and 30 minutes to another shopping center where there were more restaurants and what not. Would need rental car or uber to get to old Kōloa. Good to know for other travelers is there is no direct beach access! Must go to adjacent public beach. This was fine for us. The only complaint we have would be the AC in our room wasn’t great, woke up most nights very hot. But, would still stay again. We look forward to coming back someday."
