Karnala Fort

A beautiful hotel with excellent restaurants and spa.

We had a 4 day stay where the second day there was some fault in a system in the hotel and everybody's ac weren't working plus in our bathroom there was problem in the flush so we requested to upgrade our room and the staff was helpful and polite and they did give us upgraded room on our 2nd day onwards

Hotel was clean and staff was helpful. However, the property is jaded and rooms need renovation. Breakfast should have been included for deluxe rooms. Overall, good location closer to airport.
