Very nice

The hotel is very well located. Very close to the last stop of bus no.2. And very close to the springs. The service there was very good and staff were very friendly. Overall, it's a pleasant stay.

Leider wurden wir nicht wie gebucht im Hotel untergebracht, sondern in einem Apartment im Haus Festival. Es wurde uns nur grob gesagt wo dieses zu finden ist und wir mussten länger suchen. Zur Unterkunft führten viele Treppenstufen. Im Apartment waren nur 2 kleine Decken für 4 Leute vorhanden und erst nach dem 4. Mal ansprechen an der Rezeption wurde uns am 2. Tag Bezüge hingelegt, welche wir dann selber beziehen mussten. Leider war es kein Wellness-Erlebnis, wenn man für die Anwendungen und Frühstück sowie Abendbrot immer in das Hotel laufen musste und zurück. Wir baten um ein Zimmer im Hotel, da wir 2 kleine Kinder dabei hatten und ich schwanger bin. Es wurde nicht darauf eingegangen. Die Kommunikation war sehr schwierig, Deutsch und Englisch wurde nicht verstanden. Wir mussten über Handyübersetzung kommunizieren. Das Frühstücksbuffet war okay, manche Sachen wurden nicht aufgefüllt, man stande lange an der Kaffeemaschine an und es fehlte Geschirr, auf welches man ein Stück warten musste. Das Abendessen war am ersten Abend okay, das Schnitzel am zweiten Abend war total verbraten. Die Kinder haben keine Wellnessanwendungen bekommen, obwohl diese bezahlt waren, die Mitarbeiter waren nett aber die Betreuung chaotisch. Wir standen oft im Wellnessbereich wie bestellt und nicht abgeholt. Der einzige Pluspunkt war die phänomenale Aussicht aus dem Apartment und die Lage zur Innenstadt. Leider viel Geld bezahlt für kein Wellnessfeeling.

One of our favorite stays during our recent vacation. We did the Wellness Package and enjoyed dinner and two spa therapies. I want to thank Renata Masatova for coordinating Xenon Therapy for my wife and I. We did three sessions and was the most enjoyable thing we have ever done. We feel awesome and look forward to returning. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The dinner and breakfast was very tasty. Natalia was very kind during our check in and provided great customer service.

Great location easy walking access to centre. Room was clean. Service was lacking, Spa not very friendly nor English spoken in SPA. They give us bed sheets instead of towels for jacuzzi, told me to go to my room and bring my shower towel... We only had one each and did not want to dirty it in the spa, would like to keep it fresh for our shower. For a 4 * hotel not acceptable. The hotel seems focused on catering to Russian clients, which is understandable but even as we where next in line for reception priority was given to Russian speakers. However service has this Eastern European soviet style, not very friendly nor do they go out of their way, maybe their clientele is used to this and willing to overlook. Absolutely no precautions taken for the Covid19 situation except a alcohol gel at reception. No plastic barrier at reception, no face masks, no social distance. Breakfast again self service buffet, waiters with no mask no gloves, absolutely no minimum mitigation measures taking Covid19 situation as an international hotel. I understand Czech Republic currently has low levels but need to consider this is an international hotel with people arriving from all over Europe some with high epidemic locations in this new day an age I just did not feel comfortable that no basic mitigation measures were in place like other hotels. All in all would try another hotel next time.

Es ist ein schönes Hotel und auch die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Ich war total enttäuscht was den Spa Bereich angeht. Die Sauna wird an fest vorgeschriebenen Zeiten angemacht. Leider gibt es auch kein Pool nur einen großen Whirlpool.

Själva hotellet med personal, rum, frukost och läge har varit helt fantastiskt. - Stort minus var parkering i synnerhet för motorcykel. Både tillfart och själva parkering lutar mycket- mycket kraftigt. Beläggning dålig kullersten. Park. avgift kändes också dyrt. 15€\ natt även för mc. Men annars förövrigt kan varmt rekommenderas.

Smukke hyggeligt hotel med super SPA
