"Room was a great size and quiet. Staff were excellent. Water in shower didn’t get quite hot enough but was sufficient. Pillow was not good and bed was hard, woke up with a stiff neck. Would recommend but bring your own pillow."

"We stayed at the hotel after a late night arrival at KIX, before going on to Osaka the next day. The hotel is in an ideal location, just a few minutes by train from the airport and just a few yards from the station in Izumisano. There are lots of restaurants nearby, as well as a market, making it easy to find great places to eat and buy anything you might need for your Japan holiday. The hotel itself is clean, quiet and comfortable. We had a great night's sleep after our flight and felt refreshed the next morning. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and provide everything you need. Beds are comfortable, bathrooms spotlessly clean. Luggage storage is available at reception and check-in/out is easy. Friendly staff on hand to help with anything you need. Overall, this was a great find and a perfect start to our Japan holiday :-)"

"Hotel held our luggage before the 3pm check-in time so that we can explore the area upon arrival. Within walking distance from the Rinku Town station and Seacle Mall and Premium Outlets at Rinku Town. Room is clean and spacious with the necessary amenities. Free guest access to the onsen overlooking the sea with big outdoor area and sauna. Breakfast was enough and the staff was extremely welcoming."

"Really great hotel. Lovely staff who have upgraded us for our honeymoon. The view was stunning. We could see rinku town ferris wheel in the morning and the river side. The location was great! The room was clean and modern an had everything needed. I would 100000% recommend!! Thank you for a great start to our honeymoon!"

"The views were spectacular, breakfast was gourmet everything, staff was so friendly and helpful, location right next to the train, shops, and restaurants can’t be beat. Free airport shuttle made getting to the airport so easy. "

"great hotel, nice staff and great location. Free parking right outside the hotel. Lawson right next to it. Very very close to KIX airport so perfect for before/after flight. Almost perfect for the good price. The public bath is a little small but usually quiet and clean enough. My only complaint is the breakfast: limited choices and not great taste. Just skip it and eat nearby."
