The house has excessive amounts of concerns for safety - crucial lights were out or blinking, broken light switch wouldn't allow light switch to turn off, electrical outlet not working and no apparent working smoke detector (saw the shell of one.) Cleanliness was a concern - ball of hair in tub wouldn't allow proper drainage until removed, long hairs in sink upon arrival, poorly flushing of one toilet; bloody spots on the duvet. The host was not available upon checkin by phone; texting was not going through; had to leave a message on a company phone line. A return email was received the next day stating that no one else has had concerns. The grounds of the property was beautiful and there was plenty of equipment/ dishes for cooking; location excellent. (These are the reasons for a 2 rating and not a 1.)
