"A truly fantastic stay. Helpful staff were friendly and welcoming and spoke excellent English. Booked us a cab on departure day and happy to hold on to luggage. The onsen was a very nice extra for us. Well located next to the markets for plenty of tasty fresh sea food and short walks to many of the key sites. Breakfast was traditional and varied each morning and a real highlight of the stay."

"Simply one of the best hotels of our entire trip. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and having the extra conveniences of a Hyatt House made it feel more like a home than a hotel. The staff was welcoming, and breakfast was a great way to start the day. The location is fantastic. You're close to the train and bus stations, shopping centers, a movie theater, and plenty of good food, so getting around couldn't be easier. What really stayed with me, though, was waking up and looking out at Kanazawa. There's something beautiful about this city that made us want to slow down and stay longer. We genuinely did not want to leave. I would return to Kanazawa in a heartbeat, and when I do, Hyatt House will be my first choice. Sometimes a hotel just fits a destination perfectly, and for us, this one did."

"This property is like a step back in time to when things were gentler and simpler. Leaving our shoes in lockers in the reception area allowed us to walk barefooted or in socks throughout this beautiful hotel. The hotel-provided pajamas were to be worn throughout the property, to the restaurant and to the onsen. It provided such a comfortable, relaxed feeling. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, the location is excellent, the service is of the highest caliber. The morning breakfast is amazing. The fresh tempura, make your own sushi bowl, as well as many, many other delicacies await. This hotel is a balm for the weary traveler. Quiet, comfy, relaxing. The onsen is not to be missed. Highly recommend!"
