"The property is completely on autopilot. More of a hostel than a hotel. I stayed for 10 days and never saw anyone cleaning anything including my room. I moved hotels today and found a much better option for less money within walking distance."

"Friendly staff greeted us and available 24 hours. Very nice people.
The room and beds were comfortable but the bathroom had a lot of black mould that needs bleaching/removal. I also had to clean the toilet properly before using.
Fantastic location for the street art trail, food, the jetty and public transport links.

"A delightful step back into the charm of traveling in the past. Like Raffles in Singapore, this hotel will bring you back to the time when travel felt like living abroad. Our room was beautiful, a suite opening up onto the garden next to the waters edge. The room is beyond comfortable and quiet, a beautiful experience. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly, the hotel itself is quiet and spacious. The breakfast is delicious, we had one of the best Nasi Gorengs here. Overall, a highly recommended place to stay in George Town. "
