「Room is spacious, public area is very clean. Just steps away from bean-spouts chicken and lots of bakery/gifts shops!」

A lot of thought goes into every aspect from the impressive reception lobby to the luxurious bed linen. The welcome tea hosted on the Executive Floor lounge is a nice and hospitable gesture (well done)! Don’t miss going up to the rooftop garden. The views are amazing! The staff are helpful and friendly. Special mention of the Concierge Mr Amin who has a cheerful smile for everyone. The...

Otherwise the Oakwood lounge on the top floor offers the same views. It is well situated in the middle with Brinchang area north and Tanah Rata south of hotel. The staff are very helpful and even emailed me with a pdf file of must do’s. Easy to use Grab to get out to the attractions and for other restaurants. The breakfast is ok. Bed was...
