ナカワ ホテル

「スポーツが好きな人には大変魅力的な宿です。様々なスポーツファシリティがありますが、中でもお勧めはよく整備されたクレーコート（4面）です。プールも素敵です。全体的に掃除がよく行き届いています。」

「For a relatively old hotel, I was impressed with how it has been maintained.」

「Good place」

「This property is excellently run, beautiful inside and out, and the service is first-rate. I was honestly very surprised at how comfortable and well-run everything was - truly comparable to a high-end US or European hotel. I did have an issue with my hot-water heater which was not working, and the staff immediately offered solutions such as moving rooms or showering in a different room. I did not need to do that, but I appreciated their efforts. That was the only problem that I had during my...

「I will give a good review. The staff were very helpful and friendly. I accidentally left my AirPods in the room, and when I called the next day, the receptionist informed me that they had been found and kept safely. I am very grateful, as I rely on my AirPods every day. > > The hotel was very clean—just a bit old, but great value for money. 「Brian and his team did a wonderful job of making me feel welcome and safe!」

「During stay for 6days, little bit noisy in the week end from out side of cottage and around our rooms too. However, the seivice of this cottage was satisfied us. And the location is very nice.」

「Amazing 」

「I can't sleep at night on account of heavy traffic noisy for 3 nights. Terrible. I requested the change of my room, employee refused my suggestion. Oher side room is better, but they denied the my suggestion. I don't want to recommend any more with internet reservation. Hotel gave me a bad room.」

「We had 3 rooms booked and paid for in full. But when we arrived the hotel was booked out. Very disappointing. The reception staff were very nonchalant and didn’t really care that we had paid in full yet no rooms were available. The Manager, however, was good. He apologised over phone to us (he wasn’t actually there). And he got our money refunded in full. But it took several messages between us, the Manager and Hotels.com to get them to refund us in full. And the refund took 3 weeks to...
