"Check-in was fast and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean. However, the tempurature in the room was too warm and I wasn't able to get the AC working so I had to leave a window slightly open to cool down. This might be because the hotel is in the mountains, so there was a big difference in outdoor and indoor tempurature that I didn't adjust to. Anyways, it's a walkable distance from the Asahidake Ropeway, and there's a short marsh hiking path nearby. It's a long drive to the hotel, so I would mainly recommend it if you want to go to hiking on Mount Asahidake."

The open-air hot spring is especially wonderful, and the buffet dinner is also very delicious, especially Sukiyaki and self cooking steamed-rice are highly recommended. Kind and friendly staffs, delicious meal, and excellent open-air hot spring, this hotel is a place I would like to stay again."
