"A beautiful hotel perfectly located to travel around Osaka with the Metro right in your door step. Rooms very clean and well maintained with a wonderful shower. Free coffees whilst you stay in the lobby which is a nice plus. Staff very friendly. Highly recommend The Royal Park Canvas. "

"Pleasant stay at Hotel Monterey Frere. Easy to get to from Osaka station by foot. Many dining options within a one block radius of the property and even more beyond that. Only concern is elevator availability can be delayed during peak times. Otherwise would come back again if I find myself in Osaka."

"The rooms were big and comfy, the onsen was also really relaxing. My only concern was there was no ice bath to cool off in but other than that it was very nice. They offer free ice pops as well which was amazing. The massage chairs however were always occupied so we didn't get to use them. The pillows and mattress are also very firm but surprisingly we would wake up with no back pain. In terms of closeness, it's about a 5 minute walk from Kyoto station. We really enjoyed our stay here regardless"
