「I had the room at the front of the building. The room was spacious, with two huge windows, so plenty of light. The view is good at eye level and above. It was well decorated and pleasant. On the down side, it overlooks the main road so is rather noisy. During the day, it's a continuous drone, so it fades into the background. At night, earplugs! These are kindly provided. Be aware, the other rooms face onto a wall.」

「Trevligt ställe på lugn gata , nära till affär och restaurang/matställen . Stranden tar ca 10-15 min att gå till. Kan rekommenderas för dig som varit i Thailand innan och vet vad du kan förvänta i prisklassen. Mycket service inriktad personal tog sig tid att kontakta mig efter utcheckning då jag glömt något på hotellet samt att han levererade det till vårat nya hotell nere i Kata , lite av det gamla Thailand finns kvar i närområdet ! Tack så mycket 🙏🙏」

"全てのスタッフが手を抜くことなく極上のおもてなしをしてくれました。タイの国民性の良いところを感じることができた。短い時間の上に雨の時間が多かったですが、満足する旅となりました。バルコニーのジャグジーの温度をもう少しあげられるとより良いと思いました。レストランのCasa Bohoは景色がよく、ステーキが美味しかったので大満足です。DJやスタッフが作り出すムードは素晴らしかったです。特にreceptionのMs.Kwanはいつも私たちを気にかけてくれて、Hyattのおもてなしの心を象徴するような気配りを感じました。またぜひ彼女のいるホテルで休暇を過ごしたいと心から思います。"

"大学生の息子と2人での3泊4日の滞在。プールが見える部屋にアップグレードしてくれました。大きなプールが海岸まで並んでいて、部屋でもプールでもゆったり過ごすことができました。売店もあってとても便利。16歳以上限定なのも大人には良いです。ホテルの香りが気に入って、レモングラスのルームフレグランスを空港で買って帰りました。"

"My stay was absolutely wonderful. The room where my husband, our three children, and I stayed was right in front of the pool, and after breakfast, the kids changed in swimsuits to enjoy water play. Although it was disappointing that only half of the pool area was available due to maintenance, we were glad that we could use the pool at a sister hotel thanks to an offer from the hotel. The staff’s service was excellent, always greeting us with a smile and kind words. At the kid’s area, I felt that I can leave my kids in their care with peace of mind, and the children were VERY happy. The nearby beach area and restaurants are just about 10mins drive from the hotel and we enjoyed the beautiful beach scenery and the local townscape from the view of a taxi or tuk-tuk. This is a highly recommended hotel in Phuket. "
