Once part of the renowned Bell Jersey Stud Farm, where pedigree Jersey bulls were imported from England, this lovingly restored cottage now provides a tranquil escape surrounded by rolling hills, lush pastures, and a working lifestyle block with cows and chickens.

Inside, the cottage features two comfortable bedrooms one with a queen bed, and the other with both a queen and a single bed making it ideal for families or small groups. A full bathroom with a bath and an additional separate toilet ensures added convenience. The open-plan living area is warm and welcoming, with a well-equipped kitchen, a dining space, and a cozy lounge that invites you to unwind after a day of exploring.

Step outside to enjoy the serene rural views with a morning coffee or evening drink. Visit the local butcher or delicatessen for fresh regional produce and savour a home-cooked meal while listening to the gentle sounds of nature. The property also features an orchard with seasonal fruit, adding to its rustic charm. Guests are welcome to pick fruit and collect eggs from the friendly chickens and if you're feeling generous, the cows love a treat of hand-fed apples too!

Bell Cottage is just a 10-minute walk to the beach and a 10-minute walk to the vibrant and relaxed surf town of Oakura, known for its cafes, local art galleries, and the iconic Butlers Reef pub. The bustling city of New Plymouth is just a short 15-minute drive away, offering even more to explore from the Coastal Walkway and Pukekura Park to museums, shops, and restaurants.
