AMAZING VIEWS!! Ocean, and Golf Course. Excellent cross breeze with Mountain in back.

Within walking distance you will be at one of the nicest and most popular renowned Keauhou Bay. This recreation area offers an almost endless array of ocean sports.

This luxury condo not only offers both golf and ocean views! A spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath. Fans in all rooms including kitchen making cross breeze of Mountain and Ocean. This elegant and updated suite comes well equipped with Internet access, TV, full Kitchen and all the accouterments of home. A Cal king bed in master bedroom and queen bed in spare bedroom. NO A/C but has wonderful cross ventilation.

Relax on the patio and watch the sunsets. Being on the 18 Tee it is a blast watching the golfers as well!

Great clean stay with great view!

Great place to stay! Need car to get to town and to beach from rental, but as long as you have a car this is the perfect spot! Clean, washer and dryer, easy check in, amazing view of golf course and ocean, and a huge condo!

Beautiful property, shower pressure was low.

Over all, we had a great stay. The property was neat and pleasant, and the amenities were good. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub and the pool. Our only complaint was that the water pressure in one of the the showers was low, and the hot water was limited.

We enjoyed the property overall, nice selection of pools to choose from, we used them all, really unfortunate that Kona closed their airport as we were about to take off from Vancouver which delayed us by 3 days arrival. excellent wifi. The water pressure and temperature in the ensuite bathroom needs improvement. A very nice relaxing view from the lanai. Our bed in the main bedroom was harder than we are used to but it was ok. Lisa responded to our questions very promptly, Thanks Lisa.

Beautiful patio for sunset! issue with hot water

Overall enjoyed our stay at this condo. About a 30 minute walk from popular beach and snorkel site. The unit is very spacious and was clean. This unit is on the ground floor, so you have to carry your luggage down about a flight of stairs. Watching sunsets on the patio was incredible! Our only issue was a lack of hot water in the master bedroom. The first night there was no hot water in either shower then the problem persisted for the next 3 days of our trip in the master. Lisa was very responsive with this issue, however they could not secure a plumber to get to the unit until after we left. Lisa did refund a portion of the trip and I’d assume they have since fixed the issue.

Family getaway

Nice place, however I wouldn’t call it luxurious. It probably was luxurious but is a little dated. That being said it worked well for us except for the bed in the small bedroom. It is not a queen and it is very uncomfortable. The rest of the place was fine.

Beautiful property with a gorgeous view & sunsets

We were very happy with our stay in #127 Country Club Villas. Condo was nicely furnished & well equipped kitchen. We especially enjoyed the pool & hot tub which is just steps away from the unit. We enjoyed the birds coming to the birdbath in the lanai garden. Sunsets were beautiful. Parking is right outside steps to unit, very convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice stay

My husband and I stayed here for 5 days. A quick trip without the kids. Place was nice, quiet and spacious. Ground were nicely landscaped and pools clean. Love the location since we love the Keauhou area. Heard a little road noise but not a deal breaker. Lisa was kind and responsive. Appreciated the fins, beach chairs, beach towels and boogie board. Didn’t use TV and didn’t cook much but kitchen was well stocked. Overall would stay here again, with or without kids.

Amazing sunsets

Very relaxing, breathing taking view from the lanai that never gets old. Can hear the waves crashing on to the lava rocks from the lanai. Extremely quiet place to unwind. Pool area was great and refreshing. 27 degree literal every day if not warmer. Interior could be updated, which didn’t bother us considering 90% of the time was spent sitting on the lanai. Every day there were golfers teeing off which was great entertainment as well.

If you want breathtaking sunsets every night...

Country Club Villas cannot be beaten if you want a big lanai (ground floor units) and an amazing sunset every night! The unit and contents are older and not fancy but serviceable. The sofa is past its prime. The King bed is FIRM but it doesn’t sag and we slept well. It was just the two of us and we cook a lot. Had there been another couple with us there really wouldn’t have been enough plates/cutlery to have more than one meal and only 3 plastic cups to take to the pool. The unit was clean, great appliances including coffee maker and blender. The 3 pool areas are just great...some sun and some shade. Great amenities nearby for groceries and drugstore. The lanai is fantastic and the sunset every night cannot be beaten!!!

Excellent location - need new mattress and bathrooms need new plumbing

The location was excellent! The unit is spacious so we could spread out. There are enough towels, beach towels, sheets, bedspreads etc so that was nice. The mattresses hurt my back though, every morning I would wake up with back pain. The bathrooms are very old, could surely use some new plumbing and remodeling. The temperature of water in the shower did not stay constant once you set it. There was no way to take a bath as there was no plug for the bath tub. Having a kitchen is convenient to prepare meals. The freezer did not freeze food well, it was colder than a Refrigerator but not like a freezer. I would stay there again / recommend it with a new better mattress and newer plumbing in the bathrooms / remodeled bathrooms.

Sunsets beautiful from the large lanai

The condo was very quiet. Furnishings were very nice, appliances ran well. Showers difficult for me because faucets were almost frozen in the off position, both tubs were very slippery, and there were no grab bars in the tub enclosure at all. Beds were comfortable and could have slept 6. There was no direct access to the shore because the golf course is between the condo and the water. Closet doors were mostly hard to open and close. Parking was great. Being that close to the shopping center was a great extra feature. There were stairs down to the front door, and ground level entry was only available on the back side and required dragging suitcases over the grass for quite a distance. Rooms were spacious. A/C was not necessary at all with windows open and some ceiling fans on. Wifi worked well, as did the TV. Kitchen was very well stocked with dishes, pots & pans, great selection of knives, spatulas, and other kitchen tools. There are 2 tables, one next to kitchen and the other on the lanai; each seats 4.

Better than the photos

Like other reviews mentioned, this condo is much nicer than the photos appear. We had a very comfortable stay, and the first floor location was perfect for little kids. We loved the pool, the view, the patio, and the location. There’s a big shopping center with a bunch of restaurants close by and some good snorkeling beaches as well. Other good beaches are 15-30 minutes away. The biggest “room for improvement” comment is that the tv is pretty out of date, and most of the furnishings could use an update. But all in all, we had a great stay and highly recommend. Thank you!

Nice location, terrific patio. 2nd bedroom not as described, bed full not Queen. Worked for us and Lisa great to work with. Wish we had known to bring pick pickleball equipment.
