Loft Style Completely Remodeled Condo

  • ** JUNE 3RD TO JUNE 11TH POSSIBLE CONSTRUCTION NOISE AND DISRUPTION DURING THE DAYTIME HOURS - DISCOUNTED RATES FOR THIS TIME***

    This stunning condo is located in the oceanfront building of the Kona Bali Kai, although not an oceanfront condo. There isn't an ocean view, but your proximity to the ocean is VERY close!! Just a walk through the under building parking garage, and you're there!
    The unit has everything you'll need for a wonderful home base while staying on the island and is an affordable option to the oceanfront choices! You are in the oceanfront 'hotel', but you just don't have an oceanfront (or ocean view) room.
    All the same amenities at the resort as the oceanfront units, including washer/dryer in condo and also, upgraded A/C system. Of course, pool and jacuzzi use as well.
