"L’accueil était parfait avec des gens sympathiques. Dans notre hébergement, tout était compris: savon à vaisselle, café, serviettes de plage, savon pour la lessive,BBQ,… Avoir accès à des chaises de plage serait un plus!"

"Paid extra to upgrade our room to oceanfront. It was an amazing view! The sunset view was awesome and the sound of the waves from the ocean was so relaxing. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Only thing missing was a microwave! The resort is walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay here again. The housekeeping staff were super friendly... although the front desk girl could have been friendlier. She needed to smile more. The restaurant staff were super friendly as well."

"The location on the hillside above Kona, was wonderful. Not every room has a sunset view so be sure to ask if that is important to you. The breakfast each day of our stay was filling and delicious, and we loved trying the coffee they grow on-site. The property and rooms were well-kept and when we asked for extra linens, they were delivered within minutes. Overall, it's a great location, clean and welcoming."

"I loved the balcony full oceanfront view!!! Best room of all. Was able to see the manta rays from my room. The staff was amazing but Leo at the front desk made my week. He went above and beyond to make sure me and my wife had a wonderful stay not just at Outrigger, but the overall Big Island. The food and drinks were exceptionally delicious as well as the views from the Voyager 47 Lounge. The Fire Luau was the greatest show on earth! I also enjoyed the Farmers Market Friday event. I like how Outigger was basically a gather spot for all events. Although there was construction, I would definitely stay here again!!!"

"We stayed 4 nights and loved our remodeled 2 bedroom unit (looks better than some pictures we have seen so I think it was remodeled ). The kitchen was perfect for a light breakfast and coffee was provided. Loved the convenience of having a washer and dryer in the unit. Parking was outside and you don’t need to pay extra like some hotels. The two pools/ hot tubs were really nice. The only problem we encountered was the flies at the pool-they were constantly on our bodies! It would have been nice if beach chairs and umbrellas were offered. We would stay here again if we come back but I doubt we would. We didn’t think the beaches were as nice as Maui."
