"The location is wonderful especially since there is a ferry service & all types of public transport available close by on either side of the Thames. The property is very quirky & cute & very Euro, from this American’s perspective (a compliment, to be sure). Breakfast is quite a convenience. Rooms are very clean! I was there during the heat wave so the temp in the rooms was the only discomfort, but the place is so charming, I can overlook it and definitely stay again!"

"Ideal location to stay in central London with ease of getting to anywhere you need to be. The hotel staff and super friendly and attentive. We were greeted with a ice pop when we arrived as it was so warm. It was really thoughtful and refreshing. The hotel smells nice,amenities looked after and lots of good service. At checkout the porter saw us waiting with bags and approached us to see if we needed help, we did as we were waiting in the queue to ask if we could stow our bags for a few hours. Really great hotel, the only minor thing we found was that the pillows were too hard, but that is on us and our taste and wpuld not put us off staying again in the future 😀"

"The hotel is solid, well-located and a bit ordinary. Breakfast is a bit meh. BUT - we were travelling with a wheelchair and the place is wonderfully accessible and the hotel staff super helpful. The accessible room was excellent. As some reviewers have noted, a large powerchair might have trouble with the elevator, but even so i think you could make it ;) we had a small powerchair and it was no trouble. All in all a lovely stay - if I were alone I'd still probably pick a quirkier hotel, but for an accessible option 10/10."

"Clean modern room with a small fan and soap / shower gel supplied. Unfortunately no tea and coffee facilities in the room although there was a lounge downstairs with an honesty box. I just needed a cup so I’m not sure if the tea or coffee was charged for. It was supposed to be unmanned but the staff were there and helped me check in and a missing remote. The remote didn’t help much though a so the signal for the tv was bad. I had my iPad and connected to the free internet no problem. All in all a comfortable stay."

"I usually don’t write reviews, but our experience at this hotel was so great that I felt I had to share it. London was the last stop of our European trip after visiting three other countries, and because of our schedule, we booked this hotel at the very last minute. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Selin at the front desk, and she was absolutely wonderful — so friendly, kind, and helpful. Since we had two separate reservations, she went out of her way to email her manager, Sophie, to make sure everything was arranged smoothly and that we wouldn’t have to move rooms after our first reservation ended. The next morning, we met Sophie, and she was just as amazing. She personally took care of everything and made sure our stay was comfortable. The location of this hotel is perfect! The staff are incredibly friendly, the bar and restaurant are great, and the cleaning team did a fantastic job keeping our room fresh every day. Having a washer and dishwasher in the suite was a huge bonus after traveling for almost a month! We also arrived during the European heat wave, and the hotel provided plenty of bottled water every day, which was such a thoughtful touch and really appreciated. A big thank you to the whole team for making our stay so enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again! 😊"
