Great place to stay 10 minute walk to Peckham Town centre and 10 minute walk to tube, also on a main bus route. Clean well kept room, very decent price if booked using their website. Free tea and coffee in the lounge area. Free fast wifi and televisions.

Friendly staff, easy check-in, good Wi-Fi, and a good location. The bed sheets and towels were very clean, but the room and bathroom were not as clean as showed in the pictures. There was mold in the bathroom/shower area. Also, if youā€™re a light sleeper like me, you may find it difficult to sleep, as you can hear almost every noise (moving stuff, speaking, snoring) from the rooms next door. My room was on the first floor, so the rooms on other floors may be different. The room had a window, but the shade seemed to be stuck/locked and I couldnā€™t open it, so the room was completely dark during the day. If youā€™re okay with the noise and the cleanliness issues, youā€™ll probably enjoy your stay.

The property was well situated for our stay and the price was good as it is a low budget property. Some attention is needed around the cleanliness of the bathroom. The room itself was clean with clean bedding and towels. Sadly being on the ground floor next to the road meant the noise from the traffic was loud as well as the noise from others in the hotel closing the door and walking around. As they no longer do a cooked breakfast we went elsewhere

Value accommodation

I needed to arrange accommodation at the last minute and had very little budget. For the price, I was surprised how nice the room was. It would benefit from some double glazing but if you're on a tight budget you'll tolerate it.

Amazingly warm room and shower if you want it, options for colder stays. At the price point, breakfast looks good, convenience was good, comfort was good. Check in a bit odd, but survived. Already looked to stay again for the next visit

The hotel was spot on for what we needed, just off the main drag of Peckham. ideally located for a drink, food, and shopping. The twin Room was perfect for what we needed, enough room for 2 for a one night stay, clean & tidy. The centre of London is well within walking distance just under an 1hrs walk in fair weather šŸ˜ keeps the costs down. TFL bus services are constantly running and also clos options of the under/over ground services too. Definitely will stay here again šŸ‘šŸ‘Œ

A great place to stay

Checkin was done by providing codes to pickup room keys in advance, this worked well. Room was as described, bed was comfortable and the bathroom recently refurbished. It's located just 5 minutes from Queens Road station, trains run into London Bridge every 15 minutes, taking just 8 minutes.

Perfect for our overnight stay.

Communication for door codes received in advance. On arrival there was a friendly member of staff on reception who checked us in & immediately showed us to our room & also how to use the room door code. Hotel is about a 5 minute walk from the tube station. Our room was basic but clean & perfect for our needs which was just an overnight stay. The beds were comfortable & we both had a good nights sleep!

Nice hotel in Peckham

Nice , clean , secure hotel. very convenient for Peckham . The breakfast area is super with a great choice of Portuguese breakfast dishes. Our room was compact and without any outside facing windows . Also being next to the breakfast area did mean it was noisy Would recommend the hotel - but not room 08 .

Nice hotel with helpful staff as i made a mistake and booked 2 rooms instead of 1 but they sorted my issue instanly. The fact they had air-conditioning and it was the hottest day of the year pretty much paid for itself.

This is nice, easy & inexpensive place to stay. My sister and I came from the US. The room is small, but clean. When I travel I go for the attractions and the city/country. As long as there is a clean room and shower/bathroom then I'm happy. The staff was nice too. They have free tea and water downstairs so that was nice too. The staff member whonwas cleaning the area was very nice too. We chatted with her a bit. We would stay here again

The area around the hotel didnā€™t feel like the best place to walk at night but the door in and out felt very secure. The interior was very nice, and they had an honesty bar for snacks and drinks which I thought was a lovely idea. The room itself was very small, and the bed took up most of the space, so it wouldnā€™t be a very convenient place to stay for some down time but as we were just using it as a place to sleep, it was perfect for our needs. The shared bathroom was very modern looking and clean.

Ok but no parking as advertised

A basic but clean room. If you are hoping for a quiet nights sleep, this is not the place for you! Constant traffic and sirens throughout the night. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, you have to walk to the kitchen in the basement. Close to shops and transport links. The biggest letdown- I booked this property as it advertises that it has parking. It does notā€¦. Had to park a ten min walk away.
