"The room was beautiful and luxurious with a nice view of the mountains. Situated close to a subway station.
The Groceria on the ground floor (restaurant) had good lunch food.
However the bathroom in our room smelled bad.

"Our family had a great time at this hotel! It was clean and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax. The location was also very convenient, close to the subway station and easy access to other places."
"Very nice hotel however, my only complaint would be the poor explanation during check in that the outdoor pool usage was an extra charge. We weren’t made aware of that until we went to use the pool and were told it was reserved for certain guests. The next day when I went to the front desk to inquire I was told my room didn’t include the pool, didn’t even know that was an additional fee when booking."
"Lovely staff who provided exceptional service at the counter and also with room maintenance. They helped us organise an uber taxi to Gimpo airport when it was pouring and we didn’t have any luck with our own uber app.
Hotel is located in a very convenient location within walking distance (max 30min) to Gyeongbokgung, NTV Tower Seoul, Seoul City Hall and many other spots. Amenities were great and our room was very spacious. "
"Great staff. Clean room. I love the most of this hotel: there is no pungent scent( perfumy smell) in the lobby and other areas. I am glad that the Shilla is not doing what other five stars hotels are doing. I hope that they keep their own classic style and maintain.
