Shch a terrible experiene in this hotel!
1. On my arrival at the hotel from LAX, I expected a welcome from them because of my long stay of 2 weeks. But I had to do first was paying the total amount of accomodation. They requested me a credit card. I was confused if it was just a deposit but was a real payment in advance...!
2. The first assigned room didn't have any view blocked by buildings. I complained the situation. They answered the cheap room's view may not be good..! Actually it was not cheap room. Eventually another room with better view was assigned.
3. By frequently changing climate in Seoul in spring, the room temperature must be adjusted and/or readjusted accordingly to the outside temperature. One day, I felt the room was quite hot. I asked to change the heating to cooling. They said it's not possible to switch soon as their central control.
4. The room was electronic key system. One morning, returning from jogging I tried to open my door but didn't work. Came down to the front desk, got newly encoded key, tried to open the door, but not worked again.
Finally, during my stay I used my car. Whenever I wanted to go out from the parking lot, I had to register my car number to the front desk. Even I told them that I was the guest of the hotel, every time registration was required.
In Korea, even though in the art-of-the-state technology country, such of my experience in the hotel was really terrible. Don't buy this room!
