The room was clean and comfortable. We didn't interact much with the staff, but they were nice enough at check in/out. Great location - just a few steps away from the subway elevator entrance.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious enough for a group of 3. The train station is literally in front of the hotel making it so convenient to get around. I would higly recommend this hotel when staying in Seoul.

Fantastic property, clean lovely staff, Bus for airport at the front door. Lift to the Subway just outside the front door. Lovely clean laundry area. Great location. This is our families 2nd stay here and we will be back.
