設備の不具合、アメニティの少なさ(シャンプーすらない)など、宿泊して疲れる。 テレビのチャンネルも部屋によって、違う。 フリーの水もあったはずなのに、初日は無い。 何から何まで駄目。 民泊にしたら。

ひどいホテル
宣伝に偽りが多い。 先ず屋外プールが無い。隣りのホテルならあると従業員が平然と言う。 レストラン真っ暗で営業している様子がない。 WIFIまったく繋がらない。 部屋のバスタオルは、使いふるしたボロボロのタオルしかも2泊しても取り換えない。フロントには 市内の観光マップは、全くない。 コンセントのコンバーターもない。 一泊2500円ではこんなものでしょうか?

お部屋も施設もレセプションスタッフも申し分なかった、but・・・。
お部屋も他の施設もレセプションのスタッフもとても良いと思います。 宿泊代を正確には覚えていないのですが、とても安かったと記憶しています。 見晴らしもよく申し分がなかったのですが、最後にタクシーを依頼したとき、 ベルボーイたちの態度及びやり方で怒りを感じて「自分でtakeと言ってするから」 と言ってホテルを出ました。(代金は3倍以上-ホテル近くの銀行のところに停車中ののタクシーに乗ったーその言い方ややり方が汚い!)

以前はさぞ素敵なホテルだったと思います
スタッフがホテルの裏側にある”ホスピタリティ”の学校の実習場になっているのではないかと思います。 そういうことにも好奇心があって、2泊の予約の後デラックスルームにさらに2泊しました。後者の方がインターネットも部屋で使えた。(TVとインターネットを見てもらったらすぐ使えるようにしてくれた。-プロに間違いない!) スタッフ人数はいるが実習生が多いのでしょうが区別がつかず、腹立たしいこともあった。 一生懸命なのはわかるのだが・・・。

繁華街とは反対側で寂れていました。ホテル内のレストランも閉店中。付近もシャッター街です。 ただし、隣の高級ホテルは開業中でさらに1階のインドレストランはかなり美味しかったです。

値段相応のホテル
早めに着いたが チェックインを頼んでみたところ 空き部屋も調べず 3時まで待てとの返事。当たり前なのでフロント前ロビーで時間を過ごし、丁度3時に予約確認書を見せてチェックインを試みた。何時もならパスポートと共に名前を告げれば直ぐに確認が出来るのだが、このホテルは違った。当日泊まる予定の客のチェックもしておらず、この時点で初めて予約ナンバー等を入力し宿泊予定を確認しだした。スタッフの入力ミスで私の確認が取れなかったので約30分も掛かってしまった。フロントデスクには学生風の若い4人のスタッフが居て雑談しながら客と応対している。まるで学生の就職訓練の様であった。マネージャーどころか一人の男性職員もでてこない。もしこのまま確認が取れなかったらどうなっていたことか。世の中にはこんなホテルもあるのだなーと怖くなった。

悪いとは言い切れないかなぁ
到着翌日に出した洗濯がチェックアウト時にも戻ってこず、何度もフロントに言ってようやく確認をして、当日昼過ぎに洗濯して乾燥させたようでした。1時間以上待ち時間でロスしましたが、洗濯代は不要となりました。部屋の中は悪くはないですが、バスタブがないのでゆっくりお湯に浸かりたい人には不向きかもです。廊下には数日間ルームサービスの食べ残しがそのままおいてありました。価格も価格なので安上がりに過ごすには悪いとは言い切れないかと思います。

出入国検査ビルまで歩いて10分と近く、またホテルの窓からはちょっとだけですがジョホール水道も見えます。コストパフォーマンスは良好で、シンガポールの高い値段に辟易としていた私にはよかったです。

何点かやや気になる点があるか…
全体としてそれほど悪いとは思わないが、何点か気になった点を挙げると、まず、シャワーが冷水しか出ない。まあ東南アジアではありがちですが、それなりにお金を取っているので、温水が出てもよいかと思う。また、市街地に対して、高速道路とマレー鉄道を挟んで反対側にあり、周りは廃墟で、また、迂回してしか市街に出られない。朝食はおまけにしては豪華。それから、マネージャーと思しき男性は英語で十分受け答えができ、対応も感じがよいが、女性スタッフは手際が悪く、英語もおぼつかないものがいた。

Untold truth
Parking was unsafe. In a bother building with no security! My brother's car was scratched :( In the website claimed that outdoor pool is one of the facilities, but actually the pool was in another building. The elevator has no censor! Always hit either my baby's stroller or my mom's wheelchair. Toilet was to. Bad drainage system. My brother's A.C. was spoilt. There are mosquitoes, made complaint and the maintenance placed the anti mosquitoes repellent thingy. The clock in the room is without a battery. Inform reception and they sent the maintenance guy who told us will replace the battery but till next day, no follow up action. My dad took the clock down to avoid us from any confusion. What a wasted family trip for us :(:(:(

When we first arrived was abit shocked with the overall condition of the hotel and the stale smell but the entire staff were so friendly and helpful that made our stay there wonderful and the room was clean and wheelchair accessible

Had a pleasant stay!
It was an average hotel, with comfortable room and necessities. However, the bathroom can be improved further for the pressure of the shower head. The service staff is prompt in assisting us, we had an issue with the windows and aircon. Maintenance crew came within 5 minutes after we called the reception.

Hotellille oli hieman vaikea mennä kävellen, koska sinne päästäkseen pitää ylittää vilkasliikenteinen tie. Lähiaikoina avautuu jalankulku silta, joten tilanne helpottunee. Huone oli hyvin perustasoa, muuten siisti, mutta pieniä muurahaisia oli joka paikassa. Wifi ei toiminut huoneessa ja aulassakin hyvin hitaasti. Uima-allas oli pieni ja viereisessä rakennuksessa.

Staf peramah.
Staf yang sabar melayan pertanyaan yang bertubi-tubi. Walau bagaimanapun, kedudukan kolam mandi yang jauh daripada bangunan hotel dan hanya satu kedalaman sahaja agak mengecewakan. Kafe pula hanya dibuka pada waktu pagi sahaja dengan menu yang terhad. Tetapi anak-anak gembira jadi mungkin akan datang lagi..

Woeful, dirty, not up to any reasonable standards
First room: the door didn't shut, beds hadn't been changed, chair was slimy, and there was shampoo on the floors. They agreed to move us- at least in this room the doors could close, but there were hairs in the beds and the shower was filthy. We needed to request toilet paper each day as it wasn't topped up, and we were only given partial roles. We booked in for three people, and were only allocated 2 towels (no face washers, and the towels were very stained and dodgy). The "hotel pool", was not at the hotel, but down a side alley in another buildings front yard, the tiles coated in algae and silt, and nowhere we could place our things while we swam

OK for budget travellers
The hotel is grand but old. It is surrounded by construction sites and it is not easy to walk to from the main streets, and there is nothing for travellers in the surrounding area. The hotel seems not being maintained and there were ants in the room. The bed was comfortable though but the towels didn't seem clean.

PLS CHECK ROOM FACILITIES
booked 2 rooms for overnight stay. room was clean & comfortable... however, 1 room (416) AC not working properly but since it was night, d coolness was bearable but when sun is up the room became hot & humid. luckily we were checking out already. another 1 room (415) the heater wasn't working... as hot weather so no heater was bearable. Please check all rooms & make sure all facilities in the room is working before putting guests. Other then these 2, all other aspects of the hotel & the staff etc..etc.. were good.. so unfortunate the maintenance of AC & heater were overlooked.

Extremely close to jb ciq. About 8 mins walking distance. Nice comfortable room. For the price paid, it's extremely affordable. Would recommend to friends for a stay here.

TO BE IMPROVED ON- The fridge control was taken out, not able to adjust temperature. Shower area was too small. Only one socket to charge devices.

Poor location with unhygienic condition
Ants all over room, especially on floor/basin/window. Housekeeping done for bed only. All 7 of us were stung by lots of mosquitoes since arrival in hotel lobby and in room, and we were so busy smacking mosquitoes. Aircon not working well with dripping water. Shower room super small. Poor security around hotel, with poor lighting system and no cctv at all. Lifts are of poor condition. Rubbish around hotel were not cleaedr, thus resulting in lots of mosquitoes, poor hygience & stench. Frontline staff (2 out of 6) were polite and mannered, with proper greetings. 1 of the frontline staff was asked to wake up in the middle of his nap (@1315 hrs) to attend to us, when there were so many others around.

Differ frm the pic had gven. We hve to put our car far frm hotel. N the pool also share wth stdents. Thats my first time, i went to johore.but ,my plce i got so frustated. Soryy, i know yur plce in renovation,but they should not run their bussiness. Its dangerous for my fmly

MANAGER CANCELLED BOOKING LAST MINUTE!
DISSAPOINTED! Once I arrive at the reception, the staff told us that NO ROOM AVAILABLE FOR THE NIGHT AS THE MANAGER HAS CANCELLED OUR BOOKING AND REPLACED WITH OTHER GUESTS! The staff has no idea how to solve the problem and let us handle ourselves by asking us to call EXPEDIA and get refund where it is actually IMPOSSIBLE! TERRIBLE HOTEL AND MANAGEMENT!

at the time of stay reconstruction, staff laughing at me (I was backpacking), TV did not work, internet over wifi did not work properly, if walking to the city centre you have to cross a busy flyover

Overall is fine except Wifi network which totally cannot be accessed. The satellite TV channel cannot be found. Staffs are nice and very helpful.
