"A great experience. Fight downtown with easy walking to everything we wanted. The rooftop pool was great for a cooling dip. The front desk staff, I think it was Wanda. Was just amazing. She was kind, helpful, and gave great suggestions for things to do."

"My family and I visited for a quick, end-of-summer road trip. We often stay at Springhill when we travel to accommodate our group. We were pleasantly surprised by the 2 bathrooms in our room. This was perfect for our party. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only complaints are that the soap dishes in the bath tub area and air conditioner were not as clean as I would have liked. There were also things floating in the hot tub which prevented us from using it. Despite that, we still enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again when in the area."

"Staff were amazing! Everyone was extremely professional and helpful especially Mrs O. The room was cleaned daily. The pool was beautiful and warm. The only reason I gave it a 4 was for location. If you want to be more in the historic district this was more on the outskirts so if you do have a vehicle it is a little walk to the parking garage unless you pay daily for valet parking which is a bit pricey. Otherwise overall great place to stay for the price tag."

"From the moment we entered every single person exemplified the excellence of our stay. Wayne, Clayton to the woman who danced with me to the hilarious endearing breakfast host. We felt at home and special. I do suggest a stool is secured for the front desk. The room was very clean The wine social will keep us coming back. We will be telling all of our friends. As we live in a community with over 2,000 homes we will post on our social media. Thank you for a delightful experience"
