10/10 Excellent

"Oh my gosh!! What a surprise! I think it was one of my favorite hotels to stay at ever. It is perfectly located in the center of so many tourist locations, but it felt so cozy and personal. The staff was so friendly- they handed us cold water bottles every time we walked in from outside. There was live entertainment, nice appetizers and wine every night. It was nice to visit with the other guests nightly. The breakfast was yummy - expecially the hashbrown casserole. It was a sit down, served breakfast complimentary with the price of the room. The air conditioning in the room was a little noisy, but I was so tired after each day and so comfortable in my bed, i didn't even notice, and the temperature of the room and the guest areas was perfect for my liking. If you go, my daughter and I donated an easy 500-piece puzzle to the hotel that is kept along with the toys in the main gathering room. Please enjoy doing the puzzle and write your name and date you completed it on the back."

"Clean room, good coffee but we didn’t like having to stand in line for it. Breakfast was good. Nice lemon water in the lobby. Convenient to river st and restaurants and shops. Got to store the luggage early arrival. Used the garage next door since we were not going to use the car while there. Rooftop pool was nice however my friend got a rash from the chlorine. I was fine. Seemed clean, we didn’t have any staff encounters other than check-in which was fine."

"This hotel was a comfortable stay. The room was clean with a nice, roomy bathroom. The hotel has a restaurant and bar. I had breakfast one morning, and the food choices were nice since I wanted a light breakfast. The hotel provides two tokens per day, which can be used in the bar. The setting was very nice since it is downtown by the river. This made it nice to find restaurants and walk around the downtown parks and museums."
