"We always stay here for summer in Pensacola. Our whole family many days trip for summer gathering. Over the years, since previous management under a different affiliate hotel, we found the new management with good staffs. However, we need more renovation in room lighting fixture, and bathroom amenities need update starting with shower stalls, bathroom door, and in shower floor needs maintenance. Great food and locations around with private beach."

"What a great little house! It was super clean and perfect for what we needed. The neighborhood wasn't exactly what we imagined, but we felt safe and it was super close to everything so it was still great. It was our first time stsying in the Perdido Key area and we absolutely loved it!! It was so laid back, the beaches were great and there were lots of great restaurants. The only negative I could say is the kitchen could use a few more convenience items, like some serving bowls and some Tupperware containers, but otherwise it was stocked nicely."

"Great location. Large fenced in yard perfect for our dog. Bedrooms are a nice size. Had everything we needed. Plenty of dishes and bath towels. Host was great with communication. The back porch could use some TLC but was fully functional."

"Our group came in for the Blue Angels weekend Matt was an absolute wonderful host that wasVery informative , easily reachable by phone, and easy to work with!! We will be rebooking this home again!!We were able to dock two bigger boats and a smaller boat with ease-Pool was nice to come jump in after long day on the water!! House was laid out enough for everyone to have plenty of room!! House has washer and dryer so we could wash all the beach towels with ease!! Winn Dixie and Aldi all within easy 5-7 min drive"

"I did not do enough research, but from the pictures and description, I thought it was the bay private beach right out the back door of the unit I rented. It just seemed to be portrayed that way. I didn’t research the details enough. It was wonderful and turned out perfect."
