"There was blood-looking substance on the curtain. Bathrooms were dirty with pubes in the shower and in the floor. Tv remote had sticky substance. Bed linens had questionable stains. Toilet seat had what appeared to be a feces smearing on it. We literally signed something at checkin that said if the room wasn't to cleanliness upon checkout, we would pay$250. Does that same agreement work upon our check-in? Can we demand that they pay us $250 for being exposed to that? Simply nasty. "

"Arrived Early, Staff was very nice and had a room available, TY. We relayed that we paid extra for the King w/ a kitchen but none available, ok because we were kindly getting check in early. Dead roach on floor upon entry.. live small roach in the bathroom the next morning. Roach on wall near bed light when we came home that night. Roach in the bathroom again that night. Disgusting. Disgusting. Disgusting. Staff was nice. We were so in a rush out in the mornings and so tired at night, we made it work for the price for a bed. 😞 "

"was very clean except the floors definitely could be mopped/ scrubbed. i’d definitely stay there again. staff were very kind and quick to help. they don’t supply any soap but other than that i enjoyed my stay and the Air conditioner did wonders lol! "

"You have to pay to do laundry and to use the phone even if the person you call doesn’t answer the phone, the tv kept cutting out, they’re was a weird smell in the hallways but for the price the room was nice had a kitchen area and shower was nice it was also very clean."

"We could not have imagined a more picturesque property. Sunrise and sunset are breathtaking over the bayou. The excitement of the occasional flyover from the NAS across the way had us all looking towards the skies. The home was spacious and provided the amenities we needed with ample space for all six members of our group. The home provided space for family time and space for everyone to spread out. We appreciated the little things - fishing poles on the patio ready to throw a line in the water, big windows that provided natural light, the quiet space off the beaten path. While it was too cool for swimming this go around, the host stopped by to insure everything was clean and working properly. We were well taken care of - zero complaints - and counting the days until our return! "
